I work with individuals and couples across all age groups. As a graduate of the Karuna Institute in Core Process Psychotherapy I offer long term psychotherapy for those interested in working in depth.

I am a member of and practice according to the ethical framework defined by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy which includes strict guidelines on confidentiality and ensures competent practice through professional supervision.

I hold a BA in Psychology and am qualified as a Relate Certified Counsellor with 13 years experience of working with couples and individuals. I have completed the 4½ year post graduate Core Process Psychotherapy training and graduated with the Karuna Institute
